By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Products
All pieces are vintage and restored furniture. Each item is unique and sold as a one-off.
We make every effort to accurately represent each piece through photography and written description. However, minor variations in colour and appearance may occur due to screen settings.
As with all vintage furniture, signs of age and use may be present and form part of the character of each piece. Any notable condition details are described within the product listing.
Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order at our discretion.
Once an order is placed, we are unable to guarantee cancellation.
Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP (£).
Prices may change at any time without notice. The price at checkout is the final price charged.
Shipping is not included unless explicitly stated.
Delivery & Collection
Barratt Studio is based in Leicester, England.
Collection is available by arrangement.
For UK deliveries, we will contact you after purchase to arrange delivery and provide a tailored quote based on the piece and destination.
If you prefer to arrange your own courier, we are happy to assist with preparation and coordination.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary.
Returns & Condition
Due to the nature of vintage and restored furniture, all sales are considered final.
We encourage customers to review all images and descriptions carefully before purchasing, and to get in touch with any questions.
In the unlikely event of damage during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can resolve the issue.
Liability
We are not liable for delays or issues caused by third-party couriers or circumstances outside our control.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
